
Join our small group training class with a focus on building muscles and becoming the strongest version of yourself. Class is designed to focus on different muscles groups each day. We dedicate a day to Squats, Upper Body, and Deadlifting with lots of core and accessory work to help with your big lifts. Each person has a tailored version of the exercise for their individual fitness level. This is a mixed level class. If you want to learn how to do pull ups, lift with a barbell and overall move better, this class is for you!

This class focuses on ground-based, bodyweight movements that blend exercise styles like gymnastics, yoga, breakdancing, and animal flow to create fluid movement sequences. It improves strength, flexibility, and body awareness through core stability and joint mobility work. We focus on developing movement patterns that enhance functional fitness for real life activities. If you have a background in martial arts, dance, yoga, gymnastics, want to learn how to do a handstand or cartwheel, or just want to try something different, this class is for you!

Flexibility classes aren't just about stretching. This class focuses on using targets such as front and side splits as ways to measure progress in your flexibility. We will use passive and active stretching techniques, as well as loaded strength exercises to stimulate tissue adaptation to get you touching your toes and arms reaching overhead painfree!
